BrightLogic software – A new version

A new BrightLogic programming software version for laundry dosing systems has been released.

BrightChem super-resistant, co-extruded peristaltic tubing

BrightChem has been in development by Brightwell for over two years. This time was used to develop a tube that could withstand the most aggressive of chemicals.

This  test was conducted with water over a period of two weeks with the pumps running 2 minutes on then 2 minutes off. In conclusion both BrightChem and silicone tube produced consistently precise flowrates.

This heavy duty dispenser is ideal for use in:
Garages, workshops, factories, construction sites or any other industrial environment.

Suitable for:
Thick soap, beaded soap, abrasive and non-abrasive products, alcohol gels, barrier creams and pumice.

Filling options 
Easy fill 2 litre polyproplyene reservoir with a follower plate, which ensures complete evacuation of your product.

A bespoke 2 litre pouch sits neatly into the dispenser and fits into the pump. Exclusive pin positions are available to prevent competitors using your dispenser. (minimum quantities apply.

New modular manifold

Each product input is fitted with a one-way valve to prevent the back flow of product. The inlet valves comprise of a hastalloy spring and Extreme Viton ball, providing excellent chemical resistance.

The inlet hosetails are available in 8mm and 10mm sizes, intended for use with 8x11 or 10x14 PVC tube.The mains water inlet also features a one-way valve, which will help to ensure the correct flow of product. This valve comprises of a hastalloy spring and plastic shuttle.

The main outlet hosetail is available in 10mm and 12mm sizes.The new solenoid is super durable and extremely chemically resistant.

The manifold is now available with the option of having either a flow or pressure switch, for increased chemical safety.
